GAINESVILLE - Former Lady Jackets Track and Field standout Alonti Richardson had a solid outing against tougher competition in the second meet of the indoor season, at Thursday's Gator Invitational at UF's Stephen C. O'Connell Center. Richardson finished fifth in the 200m with a time of 25:38

Bethune-Cookman University came away with 25 top-10 finishes on the day, including a pair of first-place performances in the men's 200m and high jump.
B-CU also added 13 qualifications for the MEAC Indoor Track & Field Championships.

"We had a good outing," Head Coach Donald Cooper said. "I was pleased with the teams carrying out and executing the things we have been working on. Every weekend is not going to be your best but we want to be consistent at executing."
